School Administration and Officers take management decisions to run the school on day-to-day basis in accordance with Constitution and Bylaws. Current officers are:

Gita Shah (Treasurer)
Sreelata Pillai (Administrator)
Vanita Venugopal (Secretary) and
Nalini Prabhakar (Administrative Assistant).

Board of Directors provide policy directions and major decisions, in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the school. Replacement of directors is staggered. All directors work as volunteers.

Board of Trustees provide overall direction and guidance on ISC vision and goals.
