Hatha yoga 1 is the introductory class for students who are new to Yoga. This class focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen. A basic introduction of stretching, breathing, postures, and relaxation are practiced. Intended for beginners with no previous experience, or those looking for a gentle and basic ongoing practice. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the poses and awareness of breath.
Fees: S 84 (single member), 50% off each additional family member, veterans and military
Pro-rated fee available to those who cannot attend all classes.
No prior experience needed. The classes are open to new and returning students. Kids above 9 are welcome.
