This is a beginner level traditional Hatha Yoga class, with options to practice at a level that is comfortable, accessible, and safe for you. We will do some practices that help the body and mind feel renewed, relaxed, and refreshed! It helps release tension & stress, improve immunity, mobility & strength, and promote a sense of peace & well-being. Have a yoga mat ready, and a folded blanket, yoga block and belt if you have these. Modifications provided where required.
